We're Josey and Jess. Close friends for more than ten years, and operators long before we were founders. You'll always be dealing with the two of us, not an account layer.

Most businesses buying AI tools right now get very little back from them, and it's rarely the tool's fault. An AI tool can't follow a process that only lives in someone's head. This test tells you plainly where that's true for you, and where it isn't.

Who we are
This site is run by We Are Solve Ltd, trading as Solvé. We're a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17344859, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, reference ZC211541. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@wearesolve.com.
What this covers
This policy covers personal data collected through wearesolve.com: the contact form, the "Before our call" form, the AI readiness test, and booking a discovery call. It doesn't cover data we handle on behalf of clients once you're working with us, that's governed by your contract with us, not this policy.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, company name, email address, and whatever you tell us about what's going wrong. Through the "Before our call" form: your name, email, company, and what you tell us about your goals and what you need help with. Through the AI readiness test: your answers and score, and your email address only if you choose to have your result sent to you, which is always optional and only asked after you've already seen your score. Through booking a call: whatever Microsoft Bookings collects to schedule it, covered by Microsoft's own privacy terms as well as this one. We don't collect payment or financial details through this site.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use contact form and booking details to respond to your enquiry and arrange the call you've asked for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you've reached out to a business asking to be contacted back, and that's the only thing we do with it. If you give us your email after the AI readiness test, our basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We don't use anything you send us for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us, and we never sell personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Two providers process data on our behalf, and neither uses it for their own purposes. Netlify hosts this site and handles the contact, "Before our call" and AI test form submissions. Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States, and is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is a recognised legal safeguard for that transfer, checked directly against Netlify's own published privacy policy rather than assumed. If you book a call, Microsoft processes the booking through Microsoft Bookings, under its own privacy terms. We don't use any other third-party tool on this site, and we set no cookies beyond what's strictly necessary for the site to run, so there's currently no tracking or analytics to disclose. If that changes, this section and a cookie banner both will too.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't turn into a client relationship, we keep it for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete it. If you become a client, your details become part of the contract and our business records, kept for 6 years after the relationship ends, in line with normal accounting and legal requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: confirm what we hold about you and get a copy of it; correct it if it's wrong; delete it; restrict how we use it; get a portable copy to take elsewhere; and object to how we're using it. Where we're relying on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these, email hello@wearesolve.com. We'll respond within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, tell us first at the email above so we can try to put it right. You can also complain directly to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the date below when we do.
