Solvé started long before it had a name.
We've been close friends for more than ten years, and although our careers took us into different industries, the conversations were always the same. One of us would describe a problem at work: a process that made no sense, a project going sideways, a backlog nobody owned. The other would have been through something just like it. We swapped fixes. We compared systems. We got quietly competitive about who could untangle a mess faster.
Somewhere along the way it clicked: our skills weren't just similar, they were complementary. One of us builds structure, the policies, processes and ways of working that stick. The other spots the risk nobody's flagged and fixes it before it becomes a problem. Put together, that covers just about everything a growing business needs behind the scenes.
So we stopped comparing notes and started building. Solvé is the business we kept saying someone should start.

Josey Lyon-Cusworth
Josey has spent the last several years supporting cross-departmental service improvement projects, taking initiatives from initial scoping through to successful delivery. She specialises in creating structure where it's needed most, designing policies, governance frameworks and standard operating procedures, and improving ways of working. With Lean Yellow and Green Belt accreditations in process improvement, she's built her career around helping organisations streamline operations, solve complex challenges and create sustainable processes that support growth.
Jessica Sullivan
Jessica has spent the past four years supporting C-suite executives across financial services. She has led the opening of four offices globally, co-ordinated large-scale international events and off-sites, and developed a reputation for identifying and resolving operational risks before they become problems. Alongside executive support, she oversees elements of HR, compliance and finance administration within financial services.
